ACCOMMODATION RULES

 

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

These Accommodation Rules govern the accommodation conditions, stay and use of services provided at Roset Hotel & Residence operated by T&H Management, s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as the “Hotel”).

Accommodation and related services are provided to Guests who have a duly made and confirmed reservation by the Hotel or another legitimate reason to use the Hotel services.

Upon arrival, the Guest is required to present a valid identification document (identity card, passport or another valid proof of identity) and complete registration in accordance with applicable legal regulations and internal Hotel procedures.

Guests who are not citizens of the Slovak Republic shall provide information necessary for the fulfilment of legal obligations relating to registration and reporting of foreign nationals’ stay.

Guests are required to familiarize themselves with these Accommodation Rules and comply with them throughout the entire duration of their stay.

 

II. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Standard check-in time is from 3:00 p.m., unless agreed otherwise or unless the Hotel’s operational conditions allow earlier accommodation.

Guests are required to vacate their room no later than 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure unless otherwise agreed with the Hotel.

Late Check-out may be subject to additional charges in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions, price list or reservation conditions.

If a Guest fails to vacate the room within the specified time and has not arranged an extension of stay, the Hotel reserves the right to take reasonable measures including relocation of the Guest’s belongings to a secure place in the presence of authorized persons.

Extension of stay is subject to Hotel availability. The Hotel may offer the Guest a room different from the one originally assigned.

 

III. STAY AT THE HOTEL

Guests are required to report to the Hotel reception any deficiencies, damage, defects or irregularities identified in the room or its equipment without undue delay.

Guests may not move room furniture or equipment, interfere with technical installations, electrical systems or any other Hotel systems without the Hotel’s consent.

Guests shall use the room, equipment and common areas properly, carefully and in accordance with their intended purpose.

Before leaving the room, Guests are required to close windows, water taps, switch off electrical appliances, turn off lights and lock the entrance door.

The Hotel is entitled to enter the Guest’s room when necessary, particularly for housekeeping, maintenance, technical inspection, protection of property, safety purposes, complaint handling or resolution of operational and emergency situations.

Guests may use the “DO NOT DISTURB” sign. This does not affect the Hotel’s right to enter the room in situations requiring urgent intervention or resolution of operational and safety matters.

Stayover room cleaning is performed upon the Guest’s request by placing the designated sign on the outside of the room door. Guests requesting room cleaning shall place the sign no later than 2:00 p.m.

If the sign is not placed within the specified time or if the “DO NOT DISTURB” sign is displayed, the Hotel reserves the right not to perform room cleaning on that day.

Children under the age of 10 must remain under appropriate supervision of an adult during their stay at the Hotel and shall not be left unattended in a manner that could endanger their safety or the safety of other persons.

Guests may receive visitors in the common areas of the Hotel. Access of visitors to accommodation areas or guest rooms may be restricted, conditioned upon notification to reception or refused for operational or security reasons.

Dangerous substances, explosives, weapons, pyrotechnics, flammable materials or any objects or substances endangering persons, property or Hotel operations are not permitted within the Hotel premises.

The Hotel reserves the right to refuse or terminate services to any person who violates these Accommodation Rules, public order, good morals or endangers the safety of persons, property or Hotel operations.

The Hotel provides breakfast services within the scope of the current offer and operational possibilities.

Restaurant, bar or other food and beverage services provided by third parties within the Hotel premises shall be governed by the conditions of the respective operator.

The Hotel shall not be liable for services, products, complaints or obligations arising from services provided by independent operators.

The use of personal electrical appliances intended for cooking, heating or food preparation is not permitted in guest rooms unless otherwise approved by the Hotel.

 

IV. SAFETY AND QUIET HOURS

Guests are required to observe quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.

During quiet hours, Guests shall refrain from excessive noise, loud music, disturbing other Guests or any conduct disrupting a peaceful stay.

Social events after 10:00 p.m. are permitted only with prior approval of the Hotel and exclusively in designated areas.

Guests shall comply with Hotel safety instructions, evacuation signage and follow the instructions of Hotel employees during emergency situations.

Guests are required to familiarize themselves with evacuation instructions and respect emergency exit markings placed within the Hotel.

Guests shall behave safely in all Hotel areas, including terraces, balconies and common areas, and refrain from conduct that could endanger persons or property.

 

V. SMOKING POLICY AND PETS

The Hotel is a non-smoking property.

Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms and all interior areas of the Hotel.

Smoking is permitted exclusively in the designated smoking area located on the terrace between the 1st and 2nd floors.

In the event of violation of the smoking prohibition, the Hotel is entitled to charge a penalty fee of EUR 500.00 without prejudice to the right to claim damages.

Pets are not permitted in the Hotel.

Exceptions apply to specially trained assistance dogs accompanying persons with disabilities to the extent required by applicable legal regulations.

 

VI. LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE AND LOST & FOUND ITEMS

Guests are liable for damage caused to hotel property in accordance with applicable legal regulations and the General Terms and Conditions.

The Hotel accepts liability for valuables only if they have been deposited for safekeeping in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions.

The Hotel shall not be liable for lost or forgotten items unless otherwise required by applicable legislation.

Lost and found items shall be recorded and stored for the period determined by the Hotel’s internal rules or applicable legislation.

Upon Guest request, the Hotel may arrange shipment of forgotten items; however, all shipping costs, transport risks and related charges shall be borne by the Guest.

 

VII. CCTV SYSTEM AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

Selected areas of the Hotel may be monitored by CCTV for the purposes of property protection and the safety of Guests, visitors and employees.

Personal data are processed in accordance with applicable legal regulations and the Hotel Privacy Policy.

VIII. FINAL PROVISIONS

The Hotel reserves the right to reasonably amend or supplement these Accommodation Rules.

The current version of these Accommodation Rules is available at the Hotel reception and on the Hotel website.

In the event of any conflict between these Accommodation Rules and the General Terms and Conditions, the General Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

 

These Accommodation Rules become effective on 20.05.2026.
